Hotel Reservations (Blocks of Rooms) for Away Meets

It is your responsibility to contact the hotel - ask for the HBT block and reserve one of the rooms in the block in YOUR NAME and on YOUR CREDIT CARD.  Once the deadline date has passed, rooms not reserved will be returned to the hotel and you're on your own!
